The product and services included content are provided on an "limited warranties" basis with certain warranties as follows:

(1). Texas Tenant Benefits Services, Inc., are non-attorneys acting as authorized agents under Texas Property Code § 24.011 Non-Attorney Representation. 

(2). Texas Tenant Benefits Services, Inc., staff members have experience in providing Commercial Business and Commercial Mortgage Loans, Credit Repair and Financial Counseling.

(3). Texas Tenants Benefits Services, Inc., is licensed and bonded to provide credit repair services in the state of Texas.

(4). Texas Tenants Benefits Services, Inc., is a registered Texas Corporation.

(5). Residential of Commercial Tenants facing evictions must pay for services up-front due to the fact that once we file the required documents to either have your case dismissal, or to allow additional time to move or either work out a plan with their landlord. Please refer to our refund policy for untimely filed or rejected filings.

(7). Each residential or commercial tenant facing eviction must have a eviction case filed against them with an assigned case number in order to become a client.

(8). Each commercial client will be charged a non-refundable $250.00 application fee and a .50 up to 10% of the total loan amount upon closing the loan to prepare and process each loan request for submission and negotiation to the lender(s) or investor for funding. 

(9). Each client hereby will not hold Texas Tenants Benefits Services, Inc., its affiliants and or investors against any loss suffered as a result of acting on this power without notice of its revocation.
