Residential of Commercial Tenants facing evictions must pay for services up-front due to the fact that once we file the required documents to either have your case dismissal, or to allow additional time to move or either work out a plan with their landlord. Please refer to our refund policy for untimely filed or rejected filings.

(7). Each residential or commercial tenant facing eviction must have a eviction case filed against them with an assigned case number in order to become a client.
